Tracer Wire Clip Installation

	Bell Section line tabs on top of bell section with water main put clip in center of tabs.
	Mid sections put wire clip in open area between threads on same side as bell clip.
	Top section clip can be installed anywhere just keep in line with mid sections and bell section.
